    V2Box not connecting: quick checks

    If V2Box shows connected but sites do not open, or the profile never starts, the usual cause is subscription import, VPN permission or old profile conflicts.

    What usually breaks

    subscription URL was added as a single manual key

    iOS or macOS did not grant VPN profile permission

    the client still uses an old server after renewal

    Private DNS, another VPN or proxy conflicts with routing

    What to do first

    Refresh the WersidePN subscription inside V2Box and choose the current profile.

    Check that the link starts with https://api.werside.com/sub/ and was pasted fully.

    Remove old broken profiles if they duplicate WersidePN.

    Restart V2Box and allow the system to create the VPN connection again.

    Common questions

    Why does V2Box connect but there is no internet?

    Most often the profile is outdated, DNS conflicts with the network or browser traffic is not routed through the active VPN profile.

    Do I need to buy a new subscription for a V2Box error?

    No. First refresh the subscription URL and check client permissions. Access time is stored on WersidePN's side.
