    When V2RayTun cannot fetch subscription data, the most common causes are incomplete URL, network, DNS or expired access. A WersidePN link should start with api.werside.com/sub/ and stay complete.

    Common causes

    the link was copied only partially

    the app tries to refresh without internet

    DNS or network cannot open the subscription domain

    subscription expired or profile did not refresh after payment

    How to fix

    Copy the link again from WersidePN.

    Open the link in a browser and check that it is reachable.

    Remove the old subscription in V2RayTun and add the new one.
