Why is it connected but websites do not open?
The VPN interface can be active while DNS or routes work incorrectly. The connected button alone is not enough.

Sometimes V2RayTun shows connected but websites do not open. This is different from timeout: the tunnel is up, but DNS, routing or client rules block normal access.
What to check
whether internet works without VPN
whether another VPN or system proxy is active
whether DNS settings are broken
whether WersidePN subscription is refreshed
Quick checklist

Turn V2RayTun off and check normal internet.

Close other VPN apps.

Refresh the subscription and reconnect.

If it still fails, remove the profile and add the link again.

Is this a WersidePN server problem?
Not necessarily. If other devices work, the client, DNS or local network is more likely.
