Why is mobile data stricter?
Mobile filtering and routing can differ from home ISPs, so the same profile may behave differently.

VPN does not work on mobile data
Mobile carriers often filter VPN traffic more aggressively than home ISPs. If Wi-Fi works but the SIM connection does not, start with the network, client and profile checks.
Common symptoms
the client connects on Wi-Fi but hangs on LTE/5G
Telegram, YouTube or ChatGPT work only on home internet
the app shows timeout, handshake failed or connected without internet
Russian apps ask you to turn VPN off
What to check

Refresh the subscription in V2RayTun, Happ or v2rayN.

Try the second WersidePN profile, including Hysteria 2 if your client shows it.

Switch network mode: LTE instead of 5G, another carrier, or airplane mode for 10 seconds.

If it repeats, contact support with your carrier, city and client name.
Common questions
Do I need to replace the whole VPN?
Not always. Refresh the subscription, try the fallback profile and test another network first.
