Why does the client say connected but pages do not open?
The tunnel may be created while DNS or routing does not send the needed traffic through it.
A connected status does not always mean all traffic goes through the tunnel. Common causes include DNS, client routing mode, proxy conflicts, Private DNS or an outdated subscription profile.
subscription URL refresh in the client
TUN or system proxy mode on Windows and Android
conflicts with Private DNS, traffic blockers, another VPN or proxy
another network to rule out ISP filtering
Turn VPN off, refresh the subscription and reconnect.
Disable Private DNS, proxy, traffic blockers and other VPN apps.
On Windows, check TUN mode if browsers work but apps do not.
Try another profile from the subscription and another network.

Not necessarily, but expired access can also make a profile behave incorrectly. Check the subscription period in the bot or dashboard.
