Check after a full VPN reconnect, not over an old session.
A short technical status page for the current WersidePN configuration. It shows what is enabled now and what to check if a provider network blocks a connection.
Used as the main profile for iOS, Android, Windows and macOS.
Added for networks where TCP connections may drop or stall.
The app receives the current config list through the subscription link.
If it connects but no traffic flows, refresh the profile and test another network.
For drops, reconnect after refreshing the subscription URL.
Check mobile data and Wi-Fi separately because filtering can differ.
Do not re-import an old key: refresh the subscription inside the app.
Disable private DNS, proxies and other VPN apps before testing.
This is not a public SLA or a promise for every exact SIM card: provider filtering changes. The page shows the current WersidePN setup and the right order of checks.
Check after a full VPN reconnect, not over an old session.
If the messenger was running in the background, fully reopen it.
AI services are sensitive to stale IP sessions and parallel proxies.
For local sites, temporarily disable VPN or use split tunneling in the app.
The order matters: refresh the profile first, then test the network, then move to manual diagnostics.
1.Refresh the subscription in V2RayTun, Happ, v2rayNG, NekoBox or Hiddify.
2.Disable other VPNs, proxies, private DNS and aggressive traffic-saving modes.
3.Test another network: mobile data instead of Wi‑Fi or the opposite.
4.If it still fails, contact support with your provider, app and device.
Provider filtering can change by region and network. Refresh the subscription URL first and let the app try the fallback protocol.
Usually no. WersidePN uses a subscription link, so refreshing the profile inside the app is enough.
The page shows the current service configuration and a practical checklist. Individual availability depends on provider, region and app.
